360° images of products are not uncommon on the net. But to find really tangible products in 360° space is difficult and tedious. And often the quality or complexity is suffering. Not with us! Convince yourself.
With this technique, a real object is actually photographed by us in the studio from many - very many - angles. In the second step we take this data and build an absolutely photorealistic 3D object. The data that is created here is much too large for any "standard" computer to display it smoothly. So we work with this CG object until it fits.
The advantage: Every smallest structure of the material (in this case leather) is shown lifelike and close enough to touch. Hotpoints are inserted by us so that we can place product descriptions (also photos or videos) in a targeted manner. In addition, the object can be animated (here the headrest) to indicate further functions.
And one more thing: Since the object is now 3D, we can also retouch it into any photo - or even film. For leaflets, brochures, advertisements...
