The Trojan cathedral of the imm cologne

Cheeky and entertaining: In five film clips, Koelnmesse courageously breaks new marketing ground for the imm cologne. This time, the fair was not only drummed with classical advertising measures. Five spots, conceived and realized by Vogelsänger, attracted a lot of attention in social networks with regard to the imm cologne.

The first story focuses on the construction of a wooden and hollow replica of the Cologne Cathedral - the Trojan Cathedral. The key visual here, as in all other clips, is a pictogram of the Cologne landmark. The claim "better prospects" refers to "better prospects" - but for whom, remains unclear. Only in the credits is there a reference to the sender of the clip - "brought to you by imm cologne".

In the second clip, "dark figures" slip out of the Trojan cathedral and make trouble in a Düsseldorf parking garage at night.

In the third clip, the infiltrated emergency team surprises an imm cologne exhibitor: In a night action, they decorate the stand of the company COR with huge balloons on the occasion of its 60th birthday. Amazed faces on the next morning of the fair!

In the fourth clip, Parkour runners sneak out of the Trojan cathedral and hand out flyers that refer to the Milan cathedral. Because at 107 m it is exactly 50 m lower than its Cologne counterpart.

The last of the five clips even goes so far as to announce the demolition of the Milan Cathedral by an unknown group as "Breaking News" of an American TV news program.

imm-cologne press spokesman Markus Majerus was enthusiastic from the very beginning about the concept and the screenplay that Vogelsänger presented to him: "We wanted a guerrilla action that would make a name for itself and make people curious to see what happens next.

Markus Majerus and Siegfried Stammeier are already looking forward to it, because: "To be continued ..."
